We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Circle360 Empires isn't right for your event, you can request a full refund of the Empire Pass within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@dspecial.app and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
What happens next
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once refunded, premium rooms — the D.J Mix scheduler and the Moments wall — are locked again on your host account, while your event plans and cards remain available.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Contact us or Paddle at any time and we will resolve duplicate or accidental charges, regardless of the 30-day window.
